Terms of Service

By accessing and using Regix's web design and development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Regix provides professional web design and development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• SEO optimization services
• Digital marketing solutions
• Motion graphics and video content

Payment terms and conditions:

• 50% deposit required before project commencement
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

Intellectual property rights and ownership:

• Client owns final delivered work upon full payment
• Regix retains rights to development methodologies and frameworks
• Client must provide legal rights to all content provided
• Third-party licenses and tools remain property of respective owners
• Regix may showcase completed work in portfolio with client permission

Regix's liability limitations:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to project value
• Client responsible for data backup and security
• Force majeure events exempt from liability

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply necessary content, images, and materials
• Respond to requests for feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed schedule
• Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

• 30 days written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• Regix delivers all completed work upon final payment
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination
